The equipment which remove the minute particle, oil mist and waterdrop that cannot remove with general air filter.
	Suitable for removing oil mist.
	The decontamination ratio of particle larger than 0.3m is 99% or above.
	Casing is easy to remove for maintenance by adopting one-touch clamp.
	Case guard is standardized.
